Refund policy
Our Commitment At Vedair Fragrances, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our attars and perfume oils. Each product is crafted with pure, natural ingredients and carefully inspected before dispatch.
Returns Due to the nature of fragrance products (personal care and hygiene), we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used. We accept return requests only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong product
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at akaenterprises07@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrectly shipped items only. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
