Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Within India We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities & towns: 4–6 business days
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value — check our store for current offers.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at akaenterprises07@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
